Social Running

Love running, but don’t want the pressure of competition? No worries, we have just the fix: Our social runners meet three times a week with sessions consisting of three groups training at various distances and speeds. These sessions provide the perfect opportunity to run in some of London’s finest parks and along iconic routes whether your aim is to enjoy exercising with friends, improve your health and fitness or working towards a time. We also incorporate basic conditioning exercises to ward off those pesky running injuries and improve results.

And hey, if you change your mind and want to try a competition then come along and give one a go.

Why not also try our Strength & Conditioning sessions to help improve strength, power and tone, not to mention injury prevention.

UCL Girls can!

LADIES! It is about time we celebrate our ovaries every single week.

Every Saturday morning we shall be hosting woman-only fun-focussed fitness sessions. Each week shall have an exercise twist to it. Think: working out to music, laughing whilst getting fitter, and exploring new areas of London.

And if you need an additional incentive to come then if you attend at least 6 This UCL Girl Can! sessions in a term then you shall be rewarded with a gorgeous, bespoke exercise t-shirt.

Come along, bring all of your favourite gals and lets prove that girls really do run the world!

Saturday: 10.30-12 (ish) at varying locations. Check out the weekly email and Facebook group for locations!

Couch to 5K!

This year, we shall be running a brand new Couch to 5K programme - no previous sunning experience is required to take part!

Every Sunday afternoons we shall be meeting at UCL Quad before moving on to Russell Square or Regent's Park to host a fun, friendly and supportive beginners session.

The overall aim is to complete the Victoria Park 5K in December and we will support you all the way!

Come along, give it a try and enjoy the benefits that running in a friendly group can give you!
