Our sprints squad is the best in London. Building up strength and power over the winter followed by a smooth transition into speed and lactic tolerance is key to our sprinting successes.

Monday - Recovery run meet at Bloomsbury Theatre - 6.10pm

Tuesday - Parliament Hill Athletics Track - 6.50pm

Wednesday - Recovery run meet at Bloomsbury Theatre - 1.30pm

Thursday - Parliament Hill Athletics Track - 6.50pm

Friday - Strength and Conditioning** at Bloomsbury gym studio - 7.30am

Saturday - Rest day 

Sunday - Parliament Hill track - 10:30am
