A fantastic way to help prevent injuries, build muscle, tone up, and work aerobically. 

Our S&C sessions are led by student members of RAX who are qualified gym instructors and experienced in training athletes. 

S&C is suitable for ALL club members of all abilities. Just sign up on the Facebook post that is put out on every Wednesday at 6pm. Write a comment on the post so we know you're attending. 

When: Friday, 7.30-8.30am tbc
